Title
Simulative evaluation of control methods in change management for large maritime structures
Abstract
Large maritime structures are subject to continuous changes throughout the entire production cycle. The reasons for this are the early customer decoupling point and a high degree of process parallelism. This requires a change management that coordinates the technical adaptation processes. A key aspect of this is optimizing the scheduling of adapted orders. Measures for the targeted arrangement of processes help to minimize or even completely avoid faulty and unnecessary services. In this article, the consequences of corresponding action steps are analyzed and evaluated using a simulation model. Finally, the potential of an optimized reference process for changes is shown.
