Title

Creating Real-Time Transparency in Human-Machine Work Centres with Multilevel Work Cycle Visualisation

Abstract
Increasing digitalization has created a wealth of production data that can be used for optimization. However, it is crucial to visualise and aggregate this data in a simple and understandable manner to derive actions by operators and managers. Especially in work centres with multiple cycle times, it is necessary to visualise information on cycle deviations, productivity, availability and quality in a comprehensive manner. This article presents an overview of current visualisation methods for production transparency and proposes a user-friendly dashboard incorporating all relevant information. The applicability of this approach to derive actions is illustrated by a use case from the medical industry.
