Title

Exploring Privacy-Preserving Approaches for Leveraging Verifiable Credentials on Blockchain: A Comparative Analysis

Abstract
This paper presents a comparative analysis of utilizing verifiable credentials in decentralized applications (dApps). It evaluates different approaches, including off-chain verifier oracles, decentralized oracle networks, and zero-knowledge proofs. The analysis considers factors such as trust requirements, verification time, costs, auditability, attacks, and solution-specific limitations. By examining these criteria, the study provides comprehensive insights into the strengths and limitations of these approaches and assists in selecting the most suitable approach for integrating verifiable credentials in dApps.
