Managing collaborations in the digital space

As OSH project collaborations expand beyond the project team or the research and development department to include new and diverse communities, the positive effects of co-creation multiply. However, so do the number and types of challenges a project may face. Instead of being stumped by these challenges, how can a company effectively leverage the digital space to build, grow and nurture a community into becoming a thriving entity in a collaborative ecosystem?
