Title

Package Material Characterization Using Multiline TRL Algorithm Up to 110 GHz

Abstract
This paper presents a methodology to generate causal material models from measured s-parameters of transmission lines, within a frequency range between 1GHz and 110GHz. For this purpose, several GCPWs with different line length were fabricated on an organic laminated package. The mTRL algorithm is applied to determine the propagation constant, characteristic impedance, and material parameters.
