Titel
Investigation of a Digitally-Reconfigurable Metasurface for Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Abstract
A one-dimensional, reconfigurable, smart metasurface intended for use in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is shown to yield a signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) enhancement. The device's digital interface offers a wirelessly-controlled, dynamically adjustable spatial sensitivity profile. The structure's design, numerical simulations, an analytical treatment of the reconfigurability, and on-bench measurements for characterization are presented.
