Terahertz imaging arrays for industrial inline measurements
Abstract
As radar technology progresses to higher frequencies, the use of imaging systems becomes more important. Although ranges in the terahertz frequency spectrum are decreasing due to atmospheric attenuation, near-range applications are of great interest for industrial applications. This paper summarizes and compares the main technological approaches and concepts.
