Accurate description of the ageing of energetic materials

This article gives an overview about the kinetic description of energetic materials such as gasgenerating inflators. Basic principles of kinetics are reported and the use of elevated temperatures for artificial ageing as well as notable points are discussed. The difference between single-point and multi-point measurements is elaborated.
