Title

Monolithic perovskite silicon tandem solar cells with advanced optics

Abstract
For high efficiency monolithic perovskite silicon tandem solar cells, we develop low-temperature processes for the perovskite top cell, rear-side light trapping, optimized perovskite growth, transparent contacts and adapted characterization methods.
