Ports and terminals in the view of emissions

Energy costs next to legislation and corporate image lately became more important as drivers for reduction of emissions and energy consumption for ports and port terminals. The EU FP7 project of GREEN EFFORTS assessed possibilities to reach that goal and developed an escalating saving strategy as well as measures to reduce energy consumption and emissions.
