Anforderungsmanagement 4.0 - Robuste Spezifikation in turbulentem Umfeld

Zunehmende markt- und supplychainseitige Volatilität, Kollaborationszwänge und die Demokratisierung der Produktentwicklung erfordern neue Ansätze für das Anforderungsmanagement. Dem Anforderungsmanagement 4.0 zugrunde liegt die Zielsetzung zugrunde, eine verlustfreie Transformation von Anforderungen in Produkte entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus zu unterstützen. Hierbei ist es wichtig, Turbulenzen aus dem Umfeld kompensieren zu können, ohne die Produktentwicklung signifikant zu stören. Potenziale der Industrie 4.0, wie verstärkte Kooperation der Stakeholder, Flexibilisierung von Produkten und Produktionsanlagen, fortschreitende IT-Globalisierung sowie durchgängige Engineeringketten befähigen Unternehmen robuste Spezifikationen vorzugeben. In diesem Beitrag wird ein lebenszyklusübergreifendes Konzept für Unternehmen zur Hebung dieser Potenziale vorgestellt. Dafür ist zunächst zu identifizieren, wer die Stakeholder sind, wie Anforderungen spezifiziert werden können und was die notwendigen unterstützenden Strukturen sind. Das Anforderungsmanagement 4.0 basiert auf diesem Vorgehen und beschreibt die Implikation von Industrie 4.0 in den Phasen Stakeholder Integration, Requirements Development und Requirements Evolution. Lösungsbeispiele erfolgreicher Unternehmen veranschaulichen die Praxistauglichkeit.

Increasing market- and supply-side volatility, the necessity for interorganizational collaboration and the democratization of product development represent significant challenges for industry and thus require new approaches in the area of requirements management. The goal on Requirements Management 4.0 is to support the lossless transformation of customer requirements along the entire product lifecycle. This end it is important to take possible environmental turbulence into account during product development and requirements management. The potentials in "Industrie 4.0" such as enhanced stakeholder cooperation, improved product and process flexibility, advances in IT-globalization and end-to-end engineering allow companies to define robust specifications. This article presents a lifecycle oriented concept, which allows companies to tap these potentials. Established concepts in requirements management aim to establish who the relevant stakeholders are, how to transform requirements into specifications and what the necessary supporting structures are. Building on this foundation Requirements Management 4.0 suggests a three phase approach consisting of "Stakeholder Integration", "Requirements Development" and "Requirements Evolution". In these respective chapters it both highlights the implications of "Industrie 4.0" for each and provides industrial best practice examples to substantiate the approach's feasibility.
