Title

Modellierung von multiagentenbasierten Materialflusssystemen für die verteilte Simulation

Other Title
Modeling of multi-agent-based material flow systems for distributed simulation
Abstract
Distributed Simulation is a feasible tool to utilize memory and processors of many computer systems that cannot be provided by a single system. Particularly when using commercial material flow simulators in the field of intralogistics for analysis of multi-agent-based material flow control, there is a need to speed up simulations and to have greater computer resources available. The paper presents a modeling methodology for multi-agent-based material flow systems, describes influence factors for automatic partitioning of simulation models in this context and outlines a general scenario for distributed simulation of multi-agent-based material flow systems.
