Ultrasonic examination of austenitic stainless steel welds using EMATS
Abstract
This paper describes EMAT phased array equipment and SH-wave probes and presents the results of inspection of the welds in the calibration blocks and in a mock-up sector of a large diameter stainless steel vessel.
