e-Learning Baltics 2008

This book is a collection of the papers accepted for presentation at e-Learning Baltics 2008, the 1st International eLBa Science Conference held in Rostock, Germany. E-Learning Baltics (eLBa) was initiated by representatives from science as well as business. It aims at stimulating and supporting the exchange of new ideas and experiences between research and application, scientists and practitioners. The 1st International eLBa Science Conference in 2008 focused on e-learning in working processes and as such addressed a variety of topics from the perspective of computer science, educational science, psychology as well as design.
