Anwendung der Beschichtungssimulation in der Praxis

Das Fraunhofer IPA beschäftigt sich mit der Prozesssimulation in der Lackiertechnik. Der aktuelle Entwicklungsstand der numenrischen Simulation von Lackierprozessen mitels elektrostatisch unterstützten Hochrotationszerstäubern, pneumatischen Zerstäubern und Pulversprühorganen wird beschrieben. Die statische und dynamische Lackiersimulation wird am Beispiel der Fahrzeuglackierung erläutert.

The Fraunhofer IPA concerns itself with the process simulation in the painting technology. The current level of development of the numeric simulation of painting processes with electrostatic rotary cup atomizers, pneumatic atomizers and powder spraying organs is described. The static and dynamic painting simulation is described by the example of the car painting process.
