How to implement the ISO 9000:2000

Organizations are experiencing some challenges in implementing the new ISO 9000:2000. This paper deals with the possible ways for handling the new requirements ISO 9000:2000 is holding for organizations, especially small and medium size companies. A closer look is taken on the implementation process, a possible documentation concept and on some specific requirements of the new ISO 9000:2000.
