Abstract
The conference proceedings collects the technical reports presented by the attendees to the ASER03 workshop on their research on technooogies and systems for Service Robotics. The proccedings include about 30 reports describing sensory systems for robots, user interface issues, navigation paradigms and contro systems for service robots. Several complete systems are described for the most various applications, including agriculture, logistics, inspection and repair, road and bridge maintenance and gas pipe survey.
