A description for services supporting cooperations

Cooperation among independent partners needs effective support. This support should be based on IT-technologies. Special support can be given by services that can be defined using a language. This language has to be understood by different kinds of users: end-users, the IT-specialist and the developer. The requirements and basic concepts for such a language are illustrated.
