Title

Betrachtungen zur Heizkennlinie eines Niedrigenergie-Mehrfamilienhauses und ColSim-Erweiterungen zur Untersuchung integraler Regelungen zur Wärmeversorgung

Abstract
This paper describes the experiences, which were gatheredcarried out by the extensive date aquisition and evaluation of a multi-family house with large transparent insulation (TI) area, concerning the heatingsystem characteristic. With increasing passive solar gains, with respect to the heating consumption, the control system requirements are getting more and more important. The heatflow control of the façade has to realize high gains, however an overheating of the building has to be prevented. With the detailled modelling in ColSim of the solar facade (TI), as well as the adjacent zones of the building and its heating elements, a dynamic simulation of the system state is possible. ColSim allows the high resolution of the time step and the detailed investigation of the heatflows which are necessary for the development of control strategies. In modern low energy buildings with large passive solar gains, the heating characteristic should be modified, with respect to the conventional ambient temperature dependent charakteristic. A reduction of the conventional heating energy can be realized without loosing comfort. Still further savings can be achieved with modern controllers, such as predictive and adaptive controllers.
