Mehr Wertschöpfung durch interdisziplinäre Managementteams
Abstract
Every culture is following her own rules. Communication is the instrument to inform somebody, to advice, and order. But communication is not only an instrument to inform but also to provoke a reaction. The reaction follows a special pattern depending on the culture. Communication consists of 3 kernels: 1. speach, 2. property, 3. behavior. We can distinguish 2 kinds of cultures: 1. time divider, 2. time division. Each culture follows their own rules. To improve the efficiency of an organization a 6-step program will be necessary. 1. establish a communicative bridge to your partner. 2. use with competence the 3 kernels (speach, property, behavior). 3. distinguish between the transmission and the reception of information. 4. check the reaction of your partner. 5. evaluate the reaction and your own target. 6. use the actual rules of the culture (company, country) and your own ones.
