Aspects of enzymatic dehalogenation of 2-halocarbonic acids with regard to biotechnical application

Other Title
Aspekte von enzymatischer Dehalogenierung der 2-Halo-Carbonsäuren in bezug auf biotechnologische Auswertung
Abstract
Cloned 2-Halogencarbonic-acid halidohydrolase (E.C. 3.8.1.2) was purified from crude extracts of E.coli cells. Substrate specificty and some reaction conditions for this enzyme were investigated by help of a newly developed assay system based on the flow-injection technique.
