Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft eine neue Basistechnologie fuer das Magnetronsputtern von keramischen Schichten, insbesondere fuer optische Anwendungen. Das neue Konzept ermoeglicht den Aufbau von Magnetron-Sputterquellen, welcher im Vergleich zu den bekannten Verfahren, wie dem reaktiven DC-, MF- oder RF-Magnetronsputtern bzw. dem Magnetronsputtern von keramischen Targets eine erheblich verbesserte Praezision bei der Abscheidung von keramischen Schichten mit exakt definierter Rate und Homogenitaet sowie mit sehr guter Reproduzierbarkeit ermoeglicht.
