(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft eine therapeutische Zusammensetzung zur Behandlung einer Autoimmunerkrankung bei einem Patienten, umfassend mindestens ein Autoimmunreaktionen ausloesendes Antigen sowie Verfahren und Vorrichtungen zur autologen Antikoerper- und Antigenproduktion. In einer bevorzugten Ausfuehrungsform der Erfindung wird das Antigen von Zellen produziert, die durch Differenzierung von adulten Stammzellen des Patienten mit der Autoimmunerkrankung entstanden sind.
