Title
Other Title
Receiving biological cells from a cell culture, comprises cultivating the cell culture on a main substrate, cell-transferring the main substrate on a reception substrate, and separating the main- and reception substrate from one another
Abstract

DE 102007036150 A1 UPAB: 20090311 NOVELTY - The method for receiving biological cells (1, 2) from a cell culture (3), comprises cultivating the cell culture on a main substrate (10), cell-transferring the main substrate on a reception substrate (20), separating the main- and reception substrate from one another, immobilizing and examining the cells on the reception substrate, receiving different and indifferent cells from the reception substrate, interacting the cells on the reception substrate with further biological cells, and interacting the cells on one of reception substrates with cells on another one of reception substrates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for receiving biological cells (1, 2) from a cell culture (3), comprises cultivating the cell culture on a main substrate (10), cell-transferring the main substrate on a reception substrate (20), separating the main- and reception substrate from one another, immobilizing and examining the cells on the reception substrate, receiving different and indifferent cells from the reception substrate, interacting the cells on the reception substrate with further biological cells, and interacting the cells on one of the reception substrates with cells on another one of the reception substrates. The cells move itself by a natural cell movement on the reception substrate. The cultivation of the cells is carried out on the reception substrate. The cell culture on the main substrate comprises a three-dimensional cell aggregate, which is formed from stem cells and migrates out from the cells. The cell moves itself on different reception substrates with different characteristics and different migration speeds of the natural cell movement and/or different differentiation types. The reception substrates are provided for cell-transferring simultaneously on the main substrate. The cells move itself on the reception substrate in two different directions from the cell culture during cell-transferring, and move itself radially in all sides from the cell culture. The reception substrates comprise substrate frames, which are arranged for cell-transferring, so that the main substrate is surrounded by the substrate frames. The reception substrates comprise substrate segments, which are adjacently arranged for the cell-transferring on the main substrate. The reception substrates form a substrate compound. The substrate compound and the main substrate are displaced relative to each other for supplying and/or receiving the reception substrates. The substrate compound comprises a flexible substrate strip, on whose surface a row of reception substrates is formed. A translation of the substrate strip is intended relative to an edge of the main substrate for supplying and/or receiving the reception substrates. The mutual displacement of the substrate compound and the main substrate are discontinuously or continuously carried out. The displacement takes place with a speed of 1-400 mu m/h. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a substrate arrangement for provisioning biological cells to a cell culture. USE - Method for receiving biological cells from a cell culture. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically, effectively and easily receiving the biological cells from the cell culture in less time-consuming manner.
