Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von inern und extern geometrisch komplexen hochfesten Bauteilen oder Werkzeugen mittels des 3-D-Printing Verfahrens aus metallischen Pulvern oder Pulvermischungen, die aus der Schuettdichte dichtgesintert werden koennen und somit in einem Schritt die Gebrauchsdichte erreichen. Beispiele fuer Anwendungsgebiete sind Umformwerkzeuge, Spritzgusswerkzeuge, Zerspanungswerkzeuge, Druckgusswerkzeuge und Motorenteile.

USE - Useful for production of structural components and tools (claimed) e.g. forming, injection molding, pressure die casting, and cutting tools (claimed), and in production of vehicle, transmission gears and turbine components (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables complex high stength components and tools to be obtained from current materials and is cost effective.
