Aufschaeumbarer Metallkoerper, Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung und seine Verwendung

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung aufschaeumbarer Metallkoerper vorgestellt. Hierbei wird zunaechst ein Gemisch aus mindestens einem pulverfoermigen oder fluessigen Metall und einem pulverfoermigen oder fluessigen metallhaltigen Treibmittelvormaterial mit einem fluessigen oder gasfoermigen nicht metallhaltigen Treibmittelvormaterial behandelt, wobei das nicht metallhaltige Treibmittelvormaterial an das metallhaltige Treibmittelvormaterial addiert, so dass mindestens ein Treibmittel gebildet wird. Dieses treibmittelhaltige Gemisch wird anschliessend oder gleichzeitig zu einem Halbzeug kompaktiert, derart, dass die Teilchen des mindestens einen Metalls sich in einer festen Verbindung untereinander befinden und einen gasdichten Abschluss fuer aus dem Treibmittel freigesetzte Gasteilchen darstellen. Die so hergestellten Metallkoerper koennen bei einer Temperatur oberhalb der Zersetzungstemperatur des Treibmittels zu poroesen Metallkoerpern aufgeschaeumt werden.

Compacting is carried out using sintering, casting and/or deforming.
