Adaptronisches Kombimodul

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft adaptronisches Kombimodul aus einem oder mehreren aktorischen Mikrosystemen, die durch aktorische Mikroelemente mit zugehoerigen Ansteuerelementen gebildet werden, und einem oder mehreren sensorischen Mikrosystemen, die durch sensorische Mikroelemente und zugehoerige Ansteuerelemente gebildet werden. Die sensorischen und aktorischen Mikroelemente sind in einer gemeinsamen Matrix monolithisch integriert, wobei die Sensorflaeche des sensorischen Mikrosystems kleiner als die Aktorflaeche des aktorischen Mikrosystems ist. Das vorliegende Kombimodul ermoeglicht eine gleichzeitige aktorische und sensorische Funktion bei geringer Bauteildicke und unter Beibehaltung der elastischen Eigenschaften eines herkoemmlichen aktorischen oder sensorischen Mikrosystems.
