Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Nasshaftung von Holzbeschichtungen

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Nasshaftung von wasserverduennbaren Lacken, insbesondere waessrigen Acrylatdispersionen (nachfolgend "Beschichtung" genannt) nach deren Aushaertung auf Holz. Zur Verbesserung dieses Verfahrens wird erfindungsgemaess vorgeschlagen, dass die Beschichtung auf das zuvor konditionierte Holz aufgetragen und nach dem Antrocknen ihrer Oberflaeche, aber bei noch weicher Schichtkonsistenz, mit Essigsaeure im Saettigungsdampfdruck begast wird.

As priming the wood with waterproofing agent limits penetration of the coating, waxes and film-forming agents are sometimes added. The present method gives good results without these drawbacks.
