Schnell haertbare Mischungen und Kits aus polyfunktionellen Cyanaten und Aminen, daraus herstellbare Duromere und Herstellungsverfahren hierfuer

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein schnell haertendes System zur Herstellung von triazingruppenhaltigen, aminmodifizierten Duromeren mit mindestens einem polyfunktionellen organischen monomeren oder prepolymerisierten Cyanat und mindestens einem primaeren oder sekundaeren Amin, wobei die Menge an Amin so gewaehlt ist, dass das Molverhaeltnis von Cyanat- zu Amingruppen 95 : 5 bis 50 : 50 betraegt, und ggf. weiteren Zusatzstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Amin in einer reaktivitaetsblockierten oder -geminderten Form vorliegt, die ohne Umsetzung mit einem chemischen Reaktionspartner reaktiviert werden kann. Weiterhin betrifft sie aminmodifizierte, triazingruppenhaltige Duromere sowie ein Herstellungsverfahren hierfuer.

WO 200168741 A UPAB: 20020109 NOVELTY - Novel triazine group containing amine modified thermosets, comprises a rapidly curing system (II) for the production of the thermoset (I) comprising: (a) at least one polyfunctional organic monomer or pre-polymerized cyanate; (b) at least one primary or secondary amine whereby the amount of amine is such that the molar ratio of cyanate to amine groups is 95:5-50:50; and (c) optionally further additives whereby the amine is in a form having blocked or reduced reactivity that can be reactivated without reaction with a chemical co-reactant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a process for the production of the thermoset (I) by mixing components (a), (b) and optionally (c). USE - The triazine group containing, amine modified thermoset materials (I) are useful for the production of laminating resins, adhesive, casting resins and coating agents. ADVANTAGE - The thermoset materials (I) cure rapidly and reproducibly and have high temperature stability and flame resistance.
