The Resource Value Stream can be applied to visualize, analyze and improve processes along the entire process chain and is supported by the software tool REEF to reduce efforts and focus onto the fundamental analysis instead of diligent but routine pieces of work for the provision of suitable improvement measures - both technical and organizational.
