Innovation in pharmaceutical biotechnology

The pharmaceutical biotechnology case study comprised eight participating countries: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway and Spain. National experts from participating countries prepared national reports based on a common framework. The case study greatly benefited from focus group workshops and discussions of the OECD Committee for Scientific and Technological Policy and its Working Party on Innovation and Technology Policy.
