Gestaltung einer arbeitsplatznahen und multifunktionalen Lernumgebung

Bestehende Kompetenzen von Mitarbeitenden werden durch fortlaufende Veränderungen der Arbeitswelt auf den Prüfstand gestellt. Eine möglichst praxisnahe und bedarfsspezifische Weiterbildung hilft, mit den neu entstehenden Anforderungen erfolgreich umzugehen. In diesem Beitrag werden zunächst die aktuelle Relevanz neu gestalteter Lernsettings und mögliche Konzepte zur Verbindung von Arbeits- und Lernort aufgezeigt. Anschließend werden anhand des kleinsten Seminarraums der Zukunft (linc) eine entsprechende Lernumgebung und die damit möglichen Einsatzszenarien vorgestellt.

Existing employee competencies are put to the test by ongoing changes in the world of work. Further training that is as practice-oriented and as needs-specific as possible helps to deal successfully with the newly emerging requirements. In this article, the current relevance of new learning settings and possible concepts for linking the workplace and the learning environment will be presented. Subsequently, the smallest seminar room of the future (""linc"") is used to present a corresponding learning environment and the possible application scenarios.
