Möbelnormung und Möbelprüfung

Auf dem Möbelmarkt werden in zunehmendem Maße Qualitätsgarantien gefordert und sie finden in der Form von Güte- und Prüfzeichen ihre Entsprechung. Die sich hieraus ergebende Notwendigkeit der Möbelnormung und Möbelprüfung setzt ihrerseits ein Klassifizierungs-und Codierungs-System voraus, das hier in seiner Entwicklung dargestellt und diskutiert wird. In dieses System gehen die Begriffe Verwendungsbereich. Produktgruppe. Werkstoff-, Oberflächen-und Verbindungsmittel-Prüfung und ebenso die Prüfungsdringlichkeit ein. Der Zusammenhang dieser Begriffe im System wird erläutert. Die Konsequenz daraus zeigt sich in Form von Prüfungen verschiedener Art, wie sie sich zwangsläufig aus dem Klassifizierungs-und Codierungs-System ergeben. Beispielhaft wird eine neuentwickelte Prüfeinrichtung anhand einer Schreibtischprüfung besprochen.

Quality- and test-seals are, to an increasing extent, demanded on the furniture market. This creates the necessity of standardizing furniture and furniture-testing, which, on the other hand, affords a suitable classification- and coding-system. This system ist developed and discussed here. The system comprehends some concepts like the field of use, the products group, material-, surface- and connections-testing as well as the urgency of testing. The interrelations of these concepts within the system are depicted. As a consequence, testing procedures of various types, related to the classification- and coding-system, have to be developed.
