Methode zur ähnlichkeitsbasierten SPC für Kleinserien

Eine statistische Prozessregelung (Statistical Process Control - SPC) für Kleinserien ist aufgrund wenig verfügbarer Stichproben bisher nicht möglich. Im Forschungsvorhaben KleiSta Kleinserien in der Stahlverarbeitung statistisch absichern entwickelt das Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT eine Methode zur SPC von Kleinserien. Als Grundlage dienen prozess- und merkmalspezifische Ähnlichkeiten.

Within the research project "SPC for small batch production", the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT developed a method that enables SPC for grouped small batch series. By defining groups based on similar process results and influencing factors, the number of available samples can be increased to ensure high reliabilities of statistical analyses. Moreover, the method provides an approach to quantify similarities between groups and their allocated small batch series.
