Zukunftsfähige Produktionssysteme. Berücksichtigung der Wandlungsfähigkeit im Produktentstehungsprozess

Produzierende Industrieunternehmen sind durch Technologiesprünge und kontinuierlich steigende Variantenzahlen einem zunehmenden Wandlungsdruck ausgesetzt. Bisherige Ansätze konzentrieren sich auf die Planung wandlungsfähiger Produktionssysteme. Der vorgestellte Ansatz basiert darauf, die Wandlungsfähigkeit bereits im Produktentstehungsprozess (PEP) zu berücksichtigen. Erreicht wird dies durch die Analyse der Wandlungstreiber auf strategischer Unternehmensebene, der Ableitung passender Produkt- und Prozesskonzepte im PEP, durch geeignete Organisationsstrukturen sowie durch eine enge Verzahnung von Produkt- und Prozessentwicklung im Sinne des Simultaneous Engineerings.

Due to technological leaps and the constantly growing diversity of product variants, manufacturing companies are facing an increasing pressure to change. Previous approaches focus on planning changeable production systems. The presented solution is based on the idea to consider the aspect changeability already during the product and process development. This can be achieved by analysing relevant change drivers on a strategic level and the derivation of compatible product and process concepts. Further important aspects are the introduction of appropriate organisation structures as well as a close collaboration between the product and process development departments, based on the Simultaneous Engineering concept.
