Simulation und Optimierung eines Trinkwasserversorgungssystems im Rahmen eines IWRM

The modelling, simulation and optimisation of a drinking water supply system with its both coupled subsystems drinking water abstraction and drinking water distribution is addressed in this contribution. The methods proposed are practically applied to a system in the described semi-arid model region Darkhan, Mongolia, within the framework of an integrated water resources management (IWRM).
