Microsystems for monitoring meat quality
Abstract
Comprehensive food quality management requires fast and non-destructive product-analysis techniques as well as monitoring of environmental conditions. Microsystems technology opens the door to practical technological, which can lead to strengthened consumer confidence and optimisation of logistic processes. In this study, innovative concepts for the characterisation of food and environmental conditions based on microsystem-sensors have been developed.
