Qualitätsmanagement im Rapid Prototyping

Im Rapid Prototyping ist die Aufgabe zu lösen, Produktforderungen in solche Prototypenmerkmale zu übertragen, die geeignete Rückschlüsse auf die erzielbare Produktqualität zulassen. Die Planung und Auswahl der optimalen Prozeßketten stellt dabei eine große Herausforderung dar. Das hier vorgestellte Qualitätsmanagementsystem unterstützt einerseits die Ableitung von Prototypenmerkmalen aus den Produktforderungen und andererseits die Auswahl von Fertigungs- und Prüfverfahren für Prototypen. Rapid prototyping sets the task to transfer product requirements into those product features which permit to draw adequate conclusions to the product quality that can be obtained. Here, the planning and selection of optimum process chains is a considerable challenge. The quality management system introduced in this article supports, on the one hand, the interference of prototype features from product requirements and, on the other hand, the selection of production and testing methods for the prototypes .
