Abstract
With the carbon fibre reinforced plastic materials used in the fibre compound constructions, delaminations occur in practice. This affects not so much the tensile strength but reduces the compression and transversal strength. In order to cut the considerable experimental expenditure needed for taking into account the loss of strength with dimensioning, a forecasting method is proposed with only requires basic experimental investigations.
