The employee pools special information with his own expertise and can handle specific work tasks just in time. The idea is the combination of knowledge management and learning in one real-time system. The surrounding of the employee is the interface of the learning application. It facilitates the intuitive use of information by, e.g., blue-collar workers. The learning is integrated into a real working process by using new technologies.
