Ein solches Werkzeug sollte dabei sowohl die Anlagenstruktur als auch die Produktionsabläufe, Maßnahmen und die organisatorischen Aspekte in der Produktion und Instandhaltung berücksichtigen. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt anhand von Praxisbeispielen, wie ein IH-Management aussehen, was es leisten kann und welche Potentiale sich damit erschließen lassen.
