Title

Microanalytical system for environmental control

Abstract
Flow injection analysis systems are often used to enhance the performance of chemical sensors. To reduce the fluid consumption of such a system, microtechniques offer many possibilities. In this contribution a concept is presented which combines three different transducer principles, different sensitive coatings, micropumps and microchannel systems and a sample pretreatment. It aims at five model parameters of water monitoring. An intermediate system using roller pumps, uncoated amperometric electrodes and a microchannel system was realized. Measurements show the function of such a miniaturized system.
