Heutige Produktionssysteme sind oft nicht in der Lage, die notwendige Resilienz und Wandlungsfähigkeit bereitzustellen, um auf dynamisch veränderliche Einflussfaktoren reagieren zu können. Die Steigerung dieser Zielgrößen stellt für viele Unternehmen eine Herausforderung dar. Today‘s production systems are often not able to provide the necessary resilience and adaptability to respond to dynamically changing complexity drivers. Increasing resilience and adaptability is a challenge for many companies. The maturity level analysis presented in this article supports the evaluation of the status quo of a production system and the identification of practice-oriented requirements for a step-bystep development towards a matrix production.
