Das Strukturmodell zur Entbürokratisierung der Pflegedokumentation: Auswirkungen auf Motivation, Fachlichkeit und Effizienz

Das Strukturmodell soll eine effiziente, übersichtliche, personenzentrierte Pflegedokumentation ermöglichen, die verstärkt auf die Fachlichkeit der Pflegenden setzt und zur Entlastung und Motivation beiträgt. Die EvaSIS-Studie untersuchte, ob diese Ziele, aus Sicht von Pflegedienstleitungen (PDL) und Pflegefachkräften (PFK) in Pflegediensten und Pflegheimen im Versorgungsalltagerreicht werden. An den Befragungen nahmen 962 PDL und 1.485 PFK teil. PFK gaben mehrheitlich an, dass das Strukturmodell die Aneignung fachlicher Kompetenzen fördert. Bei knapp der Hälfte der PFK hat sich die Motivation erhöht. Für eine Effizienzsteigerung liegenpositive Hinweise vor und für die Mehrheit der PDL überwiegt der Nutzen den Einführungsaufwand. Die Erfahrungen mit der Risikomatrix weisen auf Schulungs- und Begleitungsbedarf der PFK hin. Pflegeeinrichtungen können positive Auswirkungen der Einführung des Strukturmodells erwarten, sollten diese jedoch erfassen und evaluieren.

The 'Structural model for the debureaucratisation of nursing documentation' (structural model) aims to promote an efficient, clearly structured and person-centred nursing documentation that backs nurses' professionalism and contributes to the easing of work related burdens and enhancing of motivation in nursing care practice. The EvaSIS study investigated, whether these aims were attained from directors of nursing (DoN) and nurses' point of view.962 DoN and 1.485 nurses participated in the survey. The majority of nurses reported that the structural model contributes to the acquirement of professional skills. Motivation did change in about half of the nurses. Positive results were reported for an increase in efficiency and for the majority of participating care facilities, the benefit of the structural model outweighs the expenses of the implementation. The experience with the risk matrix points to a need for training and support for the nurses. Care facilities can expect positive effects when implementing the structural model. These effects should be assessed and evaluated within the individual organisational context.
