A user interface for a CAD simulation tool

The design of VLSI-circuits is a very complex process. CAD-tools, such as interactive simulators are required to ssupport this task. An interactive simulator without an appropriate user interface is inconceivable. At the FhG-IMS an ergonomic grapher user interface, called CASSY-X, has been developed in order to support the simulation work of the designer. A prototype is presently being used. CASSY-X fulfills the following requirements, which were given by a group of VLSI-designers.
