Title

Cooperative problem solving in knowledge networks

Abstract
Collaboration offers companies the chance to exhaust new market potentials by increasing innovation capability and productivity. An important prerequisite hereby, is the efficient support of personal knowledge exchange and problem solving in collaborative environments. The methodology and the software tool developed within the Eureka project TRUST, developed conjointly with industrial partners of the automotive industry, enable companies and their employees to provide demand-oriented and solution-driven necessary knowledge for problem solving processes within an integrated working environment. Employees are supported to access ad-hoc experiences, knowledge and competences necessary for problem solving as well as to develop solutions for new problems in a structured way.
