Widerstand verstehen und gezielt reagieren - Erfahrungsbericht über ein Veränderungsprojekt bei einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
Understanding and specificially reacting to resistance. Experiences on a a change project at a medium-sized enterprise. There are as many ways in which people react to changes as there are different types of character. However, in the course of the individual phases of a change project a certain basic pattern emerges in terms of willingness for change and employee motivation. The authors of this paper set out to illustrate this basic pattern on the basis of of a practical example, the intention being to enable people who will be resistance and prepare themselves specifically for foreseeable situations of this type so that the project can be carried out efficiently.
