Abstract
Precision adjustment device, in particular for assembly tasks in microoptics and micromechanics, consisting of a cartesian robot, a gantry robot or a jointed-arm robot (4) comprising a head piece (14) to receive tools and/or measuring devices, characterized by the fact that, in its idle position, at least one striking mechanism (5) is placed on the head piece (14) and the striking mechanism (5) has a striking pin (11) which is located at a distance (a) to an assembly object (2) clamped on the assembly platform (3) and the striking pin (11) can be brought into contact with the assembly object in pulses; furthermore there is a measuring arrangement (position sensor 7 or light detector 8) to detect and evaluate the effect of the pulsed impact which corresponds with the at least one assembly object (2, 16) to be adjusted and that the measuring arrangement is connected to a control device (8) for the robot (4) and for the at least one striking mechanism (5) in order to approach and achieve a tolerance field, whereby the parameters of a following impact can be calculated from the effect of the previous impact and the reference position to be reached.
