Verpackungssystem sowie Verfahren zum Verpacken von Stückgut

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verpackungssystem, das eine Umverpackung sowie ein zumindest bereichsweise innenseitig der Umverpackung angebrachtes Luftpolstersystem aufweist. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Umverpackung und Luftpolstersystem aus kompatiblen thermoplastischen Kunststoffen gebildet sind. Die Erfindung betrifft zudem ein Verfahren zum Verpacken von Stückgut mittels eines erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungssystems, wobei Stückgut im Innenraum des Verpackungssystem platziert und das Luftpolstersystem vor, während oder nach Einbringen des Stückguts mit Gas befüllt wird.

The invention relates to a packaging system comprising a packaging and at least one air-cushion system that is mounted at least in regions on the inner side of the packaging. The invention is characterised in that the packaging and the air-cushion system are made from compatible thermoplastic materials. The invention also relates to a method for packaging products by means of said packaging system, wherein a product is placed inside the packaging system and the air-cushion system is filled with gas before, during or after introducing the product.
