In dem ersten Grundkörper ist eine Zuführung für ein Fluid in die Kavität in einer dem zweiten Grundkörper zugewandten Wand ausgebildet, und auf der Oberfläche der Wand im Inneren der Kavität ist ein Dichtelement umlaufend um die Zuführung aufgebracht. In der Kavität zwischen dem ersten Grundkörper und dem zweiten Grundkörper ist eine Membran, die aus einem keramischen Werkstoff gebildet und elastisch verformbar ist, fixiert. Außerdem ist in dem Ventil eine Durchführung für das Fluid in Form einer Bypassleitung ausgebildet, und in dem zweiten Grundkörper ist eine Abführung für das Fluid von der Kavität aus dem Ventil heraus ausgebildet.
